Performance psychology and clinical hypnotherapy for people who perform under pressure, guided by R.O.S.E.R™ - a 5-level framework for performance under pressure.
You tighten up, overthink, and lose access to what you know you can do. This is not a capability problem. It is how your system responds under pressure.

I combine evidence-informed performance psychology with clinical hypnotherapy and modern psychotherapy techniques to help you regulate your internal state, direct attention effectively, and execute consistently in real moments.
R.O.S.E.R™ is a 5-level framework for performance under pressure:
Regulate: stabilise your internal state so you can access skill
Orientate: direct attention and return quickly when it drifts
Simplify: reduce cognitive load and focus on the next right action
Execute: rehearse your response so it holds in real situations
Rewire: change patterns so confidence is built through evidence over time

Working with Zoe has been a key part of my development as an ultra-runner. I initially sought help with the mental challenges of long-distance fuelling and fatigue, but what I gained was a practical framework I can rely on during races. The biggest shift has been in my confidence. I no longer fear the distance because I know how to respond when things get difficult. Her approach is clear, practical, and grounded in real performance. I’d recommend her to any athlete looking to improve how they perform under pressure.

I worked with Zoe to overcome the mental blocks that were holding me back in my performance. Her approach gave me practical tools to build confidence and develop greater resilience, along with deeper work that helped shift patterns I had struggled with for a long time. Over time, I felt more positive, more capable, and better able to approach challenges without the same level of pressure. It has changed the way I approach what I do.

Consistent performance is not about being fearless. It is about having a process you can rely on when pressure shows up.

I started working with Zoe to improve my self-belief around distance running.
What changed wasn’t just performance - it was how I experienced it. Running became less stressful and more enjoyable, and that made a real difference. Over time, I found myself performing better without forcing it. I felt more relaxed, more confident, and more consistent. I’d recommend working with Zoe to anyone who wants to improve how they show up, not just what they achieve.

I used Zoe’s services as I was entering into the final stages of training for a 200 mile race. With Zoe’s help I felt grounded and mentally prepared for the event. The mental aspect of training is often forgotten. Highly recommend Zoe’s services.

I'm Zoe,

I'm Zoe Leitch. I work with athletes, professionals and creatives who are capable and prepared, but find that something changes when the pressure rises.
My work focuses on the gap between capability and execution helping people access what they know how to do when it matters.
I combine clinical hypnotherapy with evidence-informed psychology and my R.O.S.E.R™ Performance Framework. I'm currently completing my MSc in Psychology at the University of Liverpool.
My background spans more than 20 years in high-pressure corporate and analytical environments alongside endurance sport. I work online across the UK and in person in the Scottish Borders.
